These terms apply to the Alaska Ultimate Safaris website and to operator responsibilities that are not governed by FareHarbor’s booking platform terms.
FareHarbor reservations
Online reservations and payments are made through FareHarbor. Your booking is also subject to the prices, fees, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and other policies displayed for the selected activity during checkout and in your booking confirmation, together with the FareHarbor Customer Terms. If this page conflicts with activity-specific terms clearly presented during checkout, the activity-specific terms control for that reservation.
Weather, safety, and operational changes
Alaska aviation and wilderness conditions can change quickly. Safety decisions belong to the pilot and Alaska Ultimate Safaris. We may delay, reroute, reschedule, substitute equipment, change a destination or landing site, shorten an activity, or cancel when weather, maintenance, wildlife conditions, wildfire, volcanic activity, access restrictions, or other operational concerns require it. Any refund or rescheduling available in those circumstances will follow the policy presented for your selected activity during checkout.
Passenger and safety information
Guests must provide accurate names, passenger weights, group information, and other information reasonably required for manifests, aircraft loading, safety, and tour planning. Tell us before booking if a guest may need an accommodation or has a mobility or medical concern relevant to safe participation. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for minors in their party.
Wildlife and itinerary
Wildlife is wild and routes depend on current conditions. No particular location, route, duration, landing, or wildlife behavior is promised unless expressly stated for the selected activity. If a tour listing offers a bear-sighting or money-back guarantee, the specific guarantee terms presented for that activity during FareHarbor checkout and in the booking confirmation control. Please contact us before payment if those terms are unclear.
Guest conduct and participation
Guests must follow pilot and guide instructions. We may refuse or end participation when reasonably necessary for safety, unlawful conduct, intoxication, threatening or disruptive behavior, inaccurate safety information, or inability to meet stated participation requirements. Personal belongings remain the guest’s responsibility.
Activity risks and waivers
Aviation, remote travel, uneven terrain, weather, wildlife, water, snow, ice, and wilderness activities involve inherent risks. Guests may be required to review and sign a separate participant agreement or liability waiver before taking part. This webpage is not a substitute for that separate agreement.

Website text, photographs, video, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Alaska Ultimate Safaris and may not be republished commercially without permission. We work to keep information accurate, but availability, itineraries, prices, and conditions can change. Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and policies.

Office support is generally available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Alaska Time. Because our team may be flying, guiding, or helping guests in the field, we may not answer every call right away.
