We may receive your name, email address, telephone number, message, preferred dates, group information, tour preferences, guest weights, and other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed to answer your inquiry or operate your tour.
Bookings and payments
Online reservations and payments are provided through FareHarbor. FareHarbor may collect booking, guest, contact, payment, device, and transaction information. Payment-card details are processed through FareHarbor and its payment providers; our WordPress website does not provide its own credit-card entry form. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and service providers may receive IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, dates and times, and cookie or similar identifiers. Our main Alaska safari season is open now through September 30.
Office support is generally available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Alaska Time. Because our team may be flying, guiding, or helping guests in the field, we may not answer every call right away.
