It’s already a great season for bear viewing!
We’ve been out across the bay and are starting to see the bears congregate.
We’ve seen some giant bears in the 700- to 800-pound range. It is always fun to see them waking up this time of year.
Sows with cubs are out and the little ones are playful.
It’s starting to warm up by Alaska standards, but some of our visitors from the Lower 48 don’t agree; they’re still layering up like it’s winter.
